This initiative promises to unleash new pathways to success that align education with career aspirations and economic needs.

Addressing a Growing Demand

Today's job market increasingly favors postsecondary education and trning beyond high school. By 2027, an estimated 70 of jobs will require further learning or professional qualifications. The United States faces the challenge of boosting its credential-possessing workforce to meet this growing demand. To achieve this goal, we are transforming our educational systems into on-ramps for students pursuing meaningful careers.

A Comprehensive Solution

We propose a holistic approach that integrates dual enrollment programs, work-based learning initiatives, industry credentials, and career advising to prepare young people for rewarding careers.
