The survey conducted by College Pulse is notable for its size; the largest ever data gathering from US students on educational institutions. Underpinning this accolade was a student recommation subcategory, which garnered BYU an exceptional score of 93 out of 100the highest among all schools ranked. This metric assesses the likelihood that students would orse their college to others and the possibility they would re-choose it for themselves should they have the opportunity. Moreover, it evaluates student satisfaction with the financial return on investment they receive from atting the university.
BYU's ranking in the salary impact subcategory underscores its reputation as a significant contributor to career advancement, placing at number 13 nationwide. The comprehensive data also highlights that students' outcomes - including salary enhancement post-graduation, years required to pay off net price, and graduation rates - collectively constitute 70 of the total assessment.
The report further breaks down these aspects into three critical sectors: learning outcomes which includes opportunities for academic growth, career readiness, and student satisfaction with value received, diversity emphasizing interactions with students from diverse backgrounds, ethnic diversity, and international diversity, and an environment conducive to learning.
These factors together form a holistic picture of the educational experience offered by BYU, reflecting its commitment to excellence in fostering both professional development and cultural understanding.
